Microdermabrasion appears to be the buzz word in skin care at the moment. Microdermabrasion has been refered to as "sandblasting the face" which seems a little drastic but rather an apt description. These machines fire a spray of tiny particles onto the skin, this produces a gentle abrasive action which removes the dead, outer layers of the skin. The microdermabrasion treatment is carried out by highly trained staff who will monitor your skins progress over the treatment period (as with most skin care treatments more than one session will be required).
